● Organised and analysed data to support sales event preparation and post-event performance analysis; Provided actionable recommendations based on data analysis and research reports, contributing to future event planning. ● Worked with sales and other teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction during peak sales periods.
● Led a team in in-depth research, stakeholder interviews for qualitative data, solution development, and creating social business model leading to an incubated project ready to launch.
● Researched & developed social business projects; Practise start-up awareness and skills, i.e. market research, design thinking, MVP and Lean Startup; Led 2 projects in the planning phase, and supervised new members.
